At the start of 2022 we welcomed positive change with many of the team returning to warm the orange seats at LOVELIVE HQ, whilst also embracing a hybrid working model to improve work-life balance for all.
With the team bursting at the seams with new skills learned from a lot of independent training during the pandemic, our number one focus was to bring people together again to share their expertise. This resulted in our internal ‘Huddles’ sessions being born to encourage peer-to-peer learning and also act as a weekly “think tank” to explore new innovative ideas. These have already proved beneficial not to mention a lot of fun and have allowed people to branch out of their comfort zones and think outside the box.
Over the course of the year, we’ve also welcomed four new members of staff to the team, bringing with them fresh enthusiasm and an abundance of new skills to help drive the company forward. We have also celebrated well-deserved promotions for several members of the team and announced our newly trained Mental Health Responders, Katie Wilson and Jordan Ikin, highlighting how they plan to support staff and their mental wellbeing.
On reflection, our year can be summed up with the word ‘Team’. Strength as a group has always been something we’ve taken great pride in and during a recent internal survey, the team unanimously agreed that their colleagues were the reason they enjoy working at LOVELIVE so much.
So as 2022 draws to a close, our minds turn to 2023 and our continuing passion to not only work together but also with you, our clients, to provide the level of work you’ve come to expect from LOVELIVE. As a thank you, we have once again put our close-knit team to the test with our annual Christmas game. It is always met with great excitement, ideas and the odd “difference of creative opinion”, and the hope that no one wants to murder anyone by the end of it!!
